At Flop Industries, we stand by the quality of our fashion collections, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
